A man in his 40s was arrested this morning in connection with two separate incidents of arson that occurred in Leixlip earlier this year.
The incidents took place in the early hours of Tuesday, January 30th, and Wednesday, February 7th, 2024 at a property falsely rumoured to house asylum seekers.
The man is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, at a Garda Station in Kildare.
Investigations are ongoing.
