Gardaí are appealing to the public for information
Gardaí are appealing for information after a man was assaulted by a youth in Leixlip.
On Friday 2nd June, a man was approached by a group of youths in the Easton Meadows Estate, he was then taunted and followed.
A member of the group struck the man in the face, which caused significant swelling to the eye.
The incident happened at around 4.30pm on Friday.
