A motorcyclist has died following a single-vehicle road traffic collision in Killick, Kilcock, with Gardaí appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage.
Gardaí are appealing for information after a man died in a fatal road traffic collision in Killick, Kilcock, on Saturday (4th July) morning.
The single-vehicle incident, involving a motorcycle, occurred at approximately 10.45am.
The motorcyclist, a man in his 50s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
His body has been removed to Naas General Hospital, where a post-mortem examination is due to take place.
The road was closed to allow Garda Forensic Collision Investigators examine the scene but has since reopened.
Gardaí are asking anyone who witnessed the collision, or may have dashcam footage from the area between 10.30am and 11am to contact Naas Garda Station on 045 884 300, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.
