A man has been hospitalised after an articulated lorry overturned in Clane this morning.
Gardaí and emergency services responded to a single-vehicle collision involving an overturned lorry on the R403 Clane to Barberstown Road.
According to the Irish Independent, the incident happened shortly before 4.30am.
The driver was a man aged in his 40s and was brought to Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown in Dublin for assessment.
Traffic diversions remain in place as efforts continue to remove the lorry from the road.
The Capdoo side is expected to be closed until 8pm, with some parts of the road forecasted to be back open at 3pm, according to Google Maps.
