A man in his 20s has been hospitalised following a firearm incident at a home in Celbridge, Kildare.
The incident occurred in the Walled Gardens area shortly after midnight on Saturday when a firearm was discharged at a domestic residence.

Gardaí carried out a technical examination of the scene and have launched an investigation into the incident.
Investigators are appealing to anyone who was in the Walled Gardens area between 11.45pm on Friday and 12.30am on Saturday to come forward, particularly anyone who may have seen a motorcycle.
Anyone with information, or camera footage including dash-cam recordings, is being asked to contact Gardaí.
Investigations are on-going.
