Maynooth took top spot- being named the country's cleanest town.

Coffee cups were one of the biggest causes of litter at the end of last year.

The final Irish Business Against Litter of 2023 shows that 60 percent of our towns are clean, however, work is needed in our cities.

Mireia Guardino Ferran, Green Campus Coordinator at Maynooth University, says they are taking steps to ensure their campus remains coffee cup free.
