Status Yellow ice warning for Ireland will also remain in place until 12pm on Saturday
Met Éireann has issued a fresh Status Yellow freezing fog warning for Kildare.
The forecaster says that patches of freezing fog will lead to potentially hazardous driving conditions.
The warning is active from 4pm and will remain in place until noon tomorrow.
A separate Status Yellow ice warning for Ireland will also remain in place until 12pm tomorrow.
Some flights out of Dublin Airport have been cancelled and delayed due to the freezing conditions.
Daa, which operates Dublin Airport, said that a number of flights have been cancelled or delayed as a result of the weather.
Among the flights cancelled are the Aer Lingus EI3304 flight from Dublin to Southampton and the Aer Lingus EI208 flight from Dublin to Manchester, as well as the Ryanair FR1556 flight from Dublin to Manchester.
A spokesperson for the daa said that the issue is to do with de-icing of planes which is the responsibility of the airlines themselves.
He said that there will be a knock-on impact felt throughout the day as a result of this.
Passengers are advised to check with their airlines directly for up-to-date information on their specific flights.
