Multiple Garda Cars Pursue Stolen JCB Digger In Carlow

The JCB travelled from Carlow, through Palatine and towards Tullow during the morning school commute.

A number of Garda cars pursued a stolen JCB this morning in Carlow.

The JCB travelled from Carlow, through Palatine and towards Tullow during the morning school commute.

In a statement to Kfm, Gardai said a "managed pursuit was put in place to manage the safety of all involved including the public and members of An Garda Síochána".

The JCB was stopped in a field and a male has been arrested.

He is currently detained at a garda station in Carlow.
