The incident occurred in Naas town centre earlier this week
Gardai in Kildare have issued a reminder to motorists not to park in disabled spots without a permit.
The reminder comes after Naas Community Gardai spotted a driver parked in a wheelchair space in Naas town centre earlier this week.
When questioned by Gardai, the driver said she didn't have a blue badge and that she was waiting for her son who was in Court at the time.
During this interaction, a car with a disabled bay permit pulled up but couldn't park in the bay.
A €150 fine was issued to the driver and driver directed to leave.
