It was mounted by Naas Roads Policing Unit, with the RSA, HSA & Customs yesterday.
Gardai say "Several vehicles were seized for a number of issues, including being driven unaccompanied Learner drivers, having no tax or insurance & for having excessively worn tyres."

And, in a separate operation, Naas Roads Policing Unit seized a vehicle on the N7.
The car was detected travelling at 164kph in a 100kph zone.
The car was stopped and the driver was found to an unaccompanied learner with no L-Plates.
The car was seized.
