The new development provides 33 homes in the Green Hill area of Kill.
The development was opened by Kildare North TD and Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, James Lawless as well as the Cathaoirleach of Kildare, Cllr Carmel Kelly.
The scheme provides a mix of one, two and three-bedroom houses, together with one and two-bedroom apartments.
A number of homes are age-friendly and universally designed at ground-floor level to support accessibility and independent living.
