Kildare and Fianna Fáil TD and chair of the Oireachtas Justice Committee, James Lawless is describing it as "a political stunt by Sinn Féin".
He's invited Helen McEntee to a hearing next Thursday to discuss her response to the Dublin riots, with the no confidence vote to take place on Tuesday.
