135 houses in Mullen Park, Maynooth, bought by Round Hill Capital.

The Social Democrats are demanding the Government takes action against institutional funds snapping up Irish homes.

135 brand new houses in Mullen Park, Maynooth, were bought by Round Hill Capital, despite locals having signed up for them.

That accounts for 80 percent of the entire development.

Cian O'Callaghan is the Social Democrats Housing spokesperson, and Angela Feeney is a Labour Cllr. in the Clane Maynooth Municipal District.

Both joined Clem Ryan on this morning's edition of Kildare Today.
