Over 100,000 Heating Pumps Recalled Over Electrocution Risk

It says people can continue to use their heating systems as normal, but shouldn't handle the affected pumps, and should instead contact Tucson to have it replaced for free.

Over 100,000 circulating pumps are being recalled over electrocution fears.

The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission has issued an urgent safety alert for a number of Tucson pumps manufactured between 2017 and 2024.

It says people can continue to use their heating systems as normal, but shouldn't handle the affected pumps, and should instead contact Tucson to have it replaced for free.

The full list of affected serial numbers is available on the CCPC website.

If your pump serial number starts with any of the prefixes below then it is affected.
