Results are out at 10 o'clock
Approximately 3,500 students in Kildare will receive their Leaving Certificate results this morning, with results out at 10 o'clock.
Over 65,000 students sat the exams this year.
However after years of inflated grades because of disruption from Covid, this years results have been deflated.
It means the number of candidates getting top grades is down by around 2 per cent.
Applications to view the exam scripts open next Tuesday, while students can appeal their results between the 31st of August and 1st of September.
