There are over 600 new social homes planned for Kildare
The latest Social Housing Construction Status Report (CSR) confirmed that 629 new-build social homes are now in the delivery pipeline for the county.
According to the report, 296 homes were under construction across the county as of Q4 2025, with a further 333 units at design or tender stage.
Nationally, 22,949 new-build social homes are in the delivery process with 9,703 under construction and a further 13,246 units at design or tender stage.
