The cost of a general waste bin lift is also going up, from €13.50 to €14.75, an increase of just over 9 per cent.
The latest hikes follow a series of increases last year, when Panda raised its annual service charge, the cost of general waste lifts, as well as fees for recycling bin collections and per-kilo recycling charges.
While the increases currently apply in parts of the capital, customers in other areas will be notified of any price changes when their contracts come up for renewal.
Charlie Weston, Personal Finance Editor with the Irish Independent, says the increases come on top of price rises last year.
