Prosper Management Limited initially applied for 88 new homes on a site at Coneyboro.
That was revised downward to 87 during the application process.
The developer also included a Natura Impact Statement .
Kildare County Council has approved the development.
The development description is as follows:
"the removal of 9 no. existing floor slabs and the construction of 88 No. Residential units to include: 15 no. 3 -bed semi-detached dwellings, 15
no. 2 -bed semi-detached dwellings, 26 no. 3 -bed end of terrace dwellings and 32 no. 2 -bed mid-terrace dwellings. All with associated signage,
drainage, street lighting, landscaping, boundary treatments and site works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) is included and forms part of this application. Revised by Significant Further Information which consists of introduction of 10 no. 4 -bed units and revised design of units and elevational treatments, revised site layout plan, landscaping, and boundary treatments, with 87 no. units now proposed.
