On the Ballymany Road
Planning permission for 204 homes in Newbridge has been given the green light by An Board Pleanála.
Glan Development Ltd will build 98 houses, 106 duplexes & apartments, and a creche on the Ballymany Road in the town.
A derelict house & 2 sheds will be demolished to build the development, estimated to be worth €48 million.
Car parking & play areas will also be included in the plans.
