The site is located on Church Street
A planning application has been lodged for 17 new residential properties on Church Street in Kilcock.
The application, made by Alder Homes Ltd. consists of a mixture of two, three and four bed houses.
Planning permission is also being sought for 18 new car parking spaces, a 940 square metre public open space, a new vehicular and pedestrian access from Church Street, new public access to the Royal Canal Greenway and associated works.
A decision is due on the application in mid to late February.
