Westar Investments Ltd is seeking planning permission for 24 apartments, in one 3 storey block.
Its on a site at Capdoo - and the firm says a new vehicular entrance through Brooklands housing estate will be needed.
Kildare County Council is due to issue its decision on November 23rd.
The development description is as follows:
"for (i) construction of 34 no. residential apartments, comprising 8 no. three-bedroom duplex apartments and 8 no. two-bedroom apartments provided in 2 no. three storey blocks and 3 no. one-bedroom apartments, 12 no. two-bedroom apartments and 3 no. three-bedroom apartments provided in 1 no. three storey block (Block D) with each apartment served by private amenity space in the form of a balcony or external garden; (ii) provision of 53 no. car parking spaces, inclusive of 24 no. car parking spaces serving the 2 no. three storey apartment/duplex apartment blocks and 29 no. car parking spaces serving 1 no. three storey apartment block, and 59 bicycle parking spaces; (iii) provision of 1 no. new vehicular entrance off the Brooklands Housing Estate; and (iv) all associated site, landscaping and infrastructural works necessary to facilitate the development
