Samantha Kenny, who has three children with special needs, said it's time that the Government starts listening to the genuine concerns of carers.
The Government is in a bubble and not listening to the concerns of parents of children with disabilities who voted No/No in the referendums on family and care.
Speaking on Kildare Today, Samantha Kenny, who has three children with special needs, said it's time that the Government starts listening to the genuine concerns of carers.
She said the message carers have sent the Government is not being heard.
She said no member of a political party contacted her before or after the referendum result to say they are listening to the concerns of carers.
She said she is "disgusted" by the information coming out, that the electorate is not "confused".
"It's like they live in a bubble away from the real world. They need to reconnect with the public," she said.
