Over 2000 customers may be without power in Monread, Johnstown, Kill and Blessington and surrounding areas this afternoon.
A fault was reported at 2:12pm this afternoon and ESB says it is working to restore power as soon as possible.
The current estimated restoration time is 4:15pm this afternoon.
