The compulsory purchase process for lands needed for the Maynooth Outer Orbital Route is due to begin in Quarter 4.
The project includes a bridge over over the Royal Canal & the rail line.
While the emerging preferred route for the Celbridge Hazelhatch Link Road is expected to have been settled upon by the end of the year.
The public consultation on the route has already taken place.
