The top five complained about traders were Rathwood, Ryanair (238), Sky (228), Currys( 223) and Harvey Norman (196).
The top issues were faulty goods, pricing and contract performance.
There was also an increase of 34% in contacts related to an online purchase, with 4,577 contacts related to faulty goods & services
