Starting in February.
Older Voices Kildare have a new course starting on Monday the 7th February.
The course is on the topic of personal resilience as we emerge from the lockdowns of Covid times.
Caroline Morrin , Co-Ordinator , Older"It's been a major issue for older people in our community.
"People of the age of 70 and over were told they were vulnerable and needed to cocoon.
"The goal of the course is to allow people to assess their own strength and skills in rebuilding their confidence and resilience.
"To get them out and mixing again, and taking part in their community .
The four session course begins this Monday from 10am to 12noon , but there will be another course.
The course will take place online via zoom.
However, it is hoping now that the restrictions have lifted that face to face classes will resume.
