The project is to continue until the early hours of Saturday morning.

Overnight roadworks are continuing in Kilcock later.

The Kildare County Council project began last night.

They will be taking place at:

– R148 Bridge Street Kilcock

– R125 School Street Kilcock

– L50392 New Lane Kilcock

– L50392 New Road Kilcock

KCC says works are to continue until Saturday, and traffic management systems will be in place.

Delays are to be expected.
