Uisce Eireann are carrying out pipeline replacement works on the Hill of Allen for the next few days.
As a result the road between the Hill of Allen and Milltown will be closed from 7pm tonight (Wednesday).
The road will reopen on Friday morning at 7am.
Diversions will be in place for the duration of the works.
