Road closure today on the R403 from the Liffey Bridge to the entrance of Supervalu.
Coffey Construction will be undertaking work on behalf of Irish Water from the Primrose Hill Pumping Station on the R405 to the county bounds on the R403.
The first phase of works involves closing a section of the R403 from the Liffey Bridge to the entrance of Supervalu.
Kildare County Council has said local diversions are in place to accommodate traffic including public transport vehicles.
