KCC says drainage and overlay works will continue until Thursday.

Road works have begun in Staplestown today.

Kildare County Council says drainage and overlay works are underway at the junction of L5071 and L5074 at the Mill Pond.

Road closures and diversion are in place.

Delays are to be expected.

The project is due for completion on Thursday.
