7 road works projects have begun in the Athy Municipal District today.
Kildare County Council is carrying out surface dressing works at these locations:
R427 – Cloney to Laois County Bounds
R417 – Cloney to Kilberry
R415 – Walterstown to Mylerstown
L7071 – Ironhills
L8040 – Peelhall
L8078 – Nicholastown
L8089 – Lisbush Ballaghmoon
The works are weather dependent, and will take place between 7am and 7pmm until Wednesday.
KCC says "Traffic management systems will be in place to facilitate the maintenance works. Delays are to be expected."
