A Kildare North TD has said the road needs to be improved as a matter of urgency
The condition of the road between Ballagh and Timahoe was discussed in the Dáil Eireann.
The road is built on peat which is part of the issue.
Speaking on Kfm Kildare North TD Bernard Durkan said the road is like a turbulent sea, which makes it very very dangerous.
He said something needs to be done as a matter of urgency.
