The Society of the Irish Motor Industry has released data for the period January to October.
4,431 new cars have been registered in Kildare in that period, as against 3,852 in the same period in 2020.
Nationally, 103,253 new cars registered year to date compared, to 86,811 for the same period in 2020 (+18.9%) and 116,124 in 2019 (-11.1%).
