Two separate weather warnings are in operation in Ireland until tonight.
A status yellow wind warning is in place for Carlow, Kilkenny, Wexford, Wicklow, Cork, Kerry and Waterford until 9pm tonight.
Met Eireann says there will be very strong winds with the possibility of damaging gusts.
While until the same time there's a similar rain warning in Galway and Kerry with flooding possible.
A flooding advisory remains in place until Friday for the entire country.
