Students Urged To Report Rental Scams Amid September Housing Hunt

Higher Education Minister and Kildare North TD James Lawless says there are certain steps to take.

Students are being encouraged to report rental scams when they see them.

Thousands of young people have started their search for a September home, and student representative bodies are reminding them of the biggest red flags.

First-years and international students are warned to be extra vigilant, given their lack of knowledge about the market.
