Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision in Newbridge last night.
Emergency services responded shortly after 8pm to the single-vehicle crash involving a pick-up truck on Barrettstown Road.
A male passenger in his late teens was taken to Naas General Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
The teenage driver was brought to Tallaght Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
No other injuries were reported.
