KCC is assessing virtually ever speed limit in the county.
Kildare County Council has extended the public consultation on its speed limit review by three weeks.
This is a re-assessment of the existing speed limits on every road in the county, with the exception of motorways.
KCC has noted submissions referencing all Municipal Districts.
101 submissions have been made, to date.
The closing date for submissions was Wednesday, August 25th - that's been extended to September 16th.
