CCTV shows two males entering the property at approximately 3am yesterday morning.
The cables were cut from the charger, and it's believed they may have been taken to extract copper.
They then made their escape in a silver jeep.
Speaking on Kildare Today's Crimewatch, Naas Garda David Prendergast said that cutting the cables from the charger had the potential to cause harm to the perpetrators:
"The cables were cut from the charger, which in itself poses a risk for those involved,we're potentially talking about live electricity going through these."
