Gardaí noticed the car was being driven erratically
On Friday night, Gardaí were on patrol on the M7 near Kildare when they noticed a car being driven erratically.
When pulled over, the driver was found to be an unaccompanied learner.
He also failed a roadside breath test.
When brought into a garda station, the driver was tested and found to be nine times over the legal limit.
Gardaí were on patrol along the M7 near Kildare around 6pm on Friday evening when they saw a car being driven erratically by an unaccompanied learner.
