An unaccompanied learner driver was arrested in Castlekealy, Caragh after being caught speeding and testing positive for drugs according to Gardaí.

Gardaí found the driver was a learner permit holder, and further checks led to a roadside drug test, which returned a positive test for cocaine.
The individual was arrested, and the car was seized under road traffic legislation.
