Concerns have been raised over the delayed construction start date for Blessington Community College's new 1,000 student school.

Wicklow TD Jennifer Whitmore and local residents expressed disappointment, citing the urgent need for expanded facilities to accommodate Blessington's growing population.

They are urging the Department of Education to prioritise the project to meet the community's needs.
