It is operating at a site at the rear of Maudlins House Hotel on the Dublin Road.
Tests are available to everyone over the age of 16, who is asymptomatic, has I.D. and a mobile phone.
The centre will remain open until Friday 28th May, operating daily from 11am-7pm.
This is the second time a walk-in test centre has operated in Naas; a facility was in place at Naas Racecourse in late March and early April.
