Water supply in Naas town and its environs should be returning to normal this morning.
Irish Water conducted "essential maintenance", and said premises may experience low pressure or total loss of supply.
The project began at 11pm on Wednesday night.and had the potential to impact Main Street, including Naas Town Centre, Abbey Street, Basin Street, Abbey Bridge, St. Corbans Lane, All of Sallins Road, The Sycamores, Spring Gardens, Hollywood Park, Mill Lane, Mill Brook, Hillside Park, Cherry Grove and all of Morell area.
The project was due for completion at 6am this morning.
It could, however, take up to three hours for the system to refill and for normal supply to resume.
