59 people are in ICU for treatment for the virus.

Health officials are reporting 1,688 new cases of covid-19 today.

314 patients are in hospital with the virus, the highest number seen since March.

While 59 people are currently receiving intensive care.

As of midnight, Saturday 21st August, we are reporting 1,688* confirmed cases of #COVID19.

As of 8am today, 314 COVID-19 patients are hospitalised, of which 59 are in ICU.
