Almost a quarter of a million boosters of the Covid-19 vaccine were administered between Monday and Friday this week.
Yesterday alone, 55 thousand people received their top up dose.
The next walk-in vaccination clinic takes place in Punchestown tomorrow.
It will be between 9am & 12pm, for booster doses, for 50 to 69 year olds and Healthcare Workers.
The rollout is being ramped up with the announcement that the vaccines will be made available for the 40-49 age group, 8 days ahead of the original schedule.
The HSE aims to have 1.5 million booster doses administered by Christmas
