US President concludes Irish visit today.
The Mayor of Ballina says the town has been preparing for the visit of Joe Biden for two years.
Excitement is building in Mayo ahead of the arrival of the US President who will conclude his Irish visit today.
Biden will depart Dublin this lunchtime and travel to Mayo where he’ll visit the Knock Shrine, Enniscoe Heritage Centre and the Mayo-Roscommon Hospice.
The visit will conclude with a public address in Ballina tonight.
Cllr Mark Duffy says the people of the town are determined to make the most of the event.
