A major search operation in County Wicklow, linked to the disappearances and murders of Jo Jo Dullard and Deirdre Jacob, has ended.
The search, carried out near the Wicklow / Kildare border, focused on a specific site of interest, as part of the ongoing investigations into both cases.
Gardaí have confirmed that while active searching at the location has paused, a further technical and forensic assessment of the site is continuing.
The families of both women have been kept informed of developments to date.
Jo Jo Dullard disappeared in 1995 while hitchhiking home to Callan, and Deirdre Jacob went missing near her home in Newbridge, three years later.
Both cases remain the subject of active Garda investigations.
