There are calls for stricter enforcement of e-scooter users.
It's after footage emerged of someone on an electric scooter on the M50 in Dublin.
This footage, which has been shared on social media, shows the rider has a high vis vest on but no helmet.
They veer across lanes on the M50 - into the hard shoulder - and then take the exit for Ballymun.
Vehicles that can't maintain a speed of at least 50km an hour aren't allowed on the m50 and e-scooters are only meant to go at max - 25 kilometres.
The incident has prompted calls for greater enforcement against the improper use of e-scooters.
