The vaccine will be available from Monday
Babies and toddlers will be able to receive a Covid vaccine from Monday.
Children aged between 6 months and 4 years old will be eligible.
The National Immunisation Advisory Committee says kids in this age group with underlying conditions are at higher risk from Covid.
The HSE says it understands parents will have questions - and has published information on its website to help them make their decision.
