Ex-FBI Agent Says A Serial Killer "Certainly" May Have Murdered Several Women In Ireland In The '90s.

Gardai are carrying out searches on a four acre site in Usk Little, close to the Kildare/Wicklow as part of the investigation into the suspected murders of several woman.

A former FBI agent says a serial killer 'certainly' may have murdered several women in Ireland in the 1990s.

American student Annie McCarrick is one of those who disappeared without trace - last seen in Enniskerry, Co Wicklow, in 1993.

Gardai are carrying out searches on a four acre site in Usk Little, close to the Kildare/Wicklow  as part of the investigation into the suspected murders of several woman during that period.

That operation began on October 11th, and involves from the Garda Technical Bureau, Forensic Science Ireland, and the garda dog unit.

Private investigator, Ken Strange, is working on Annie's case - he says rapist Larry Murphy is a 'person of interest'.
